With chive croutons and drizzled with fresh cream

Chicken, Apricot and Pistachio Terrine

Served on a bed of watercress with fresh soda bread and homemade piccalilli

Pea, Walnut and Stilton Arancini (V)

Served with dressed mixed leaves

Goats Cheese, Spinach and Cranberry Tart (V)

Puff pastry tart on mixed leaves and a sweet chilli dipping sauce


Traditional Roast Turkey

Traditional roast turkey, sausage wrapped in bacon, stuffing and roast potatoes.

Honey Glazed Belly Pork

With dauphinoise potatoes, braised red cabbage and a cider and wholegrain mustard sauce

Salmon En Croute

Filled with roasted red pepper and spinach, wrapped in puff pastry, served with tarragon sauce

Mushroom, Leek and Chestnut Pie (V)

With carrot and swede mash and white wine sauce
