Draycote Water offers many activities to make your day out in Warwickshire memorable. From windsurfing and sailing, to walking and cycling, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Bird watching

For the bird watchers among you, the Look Out bird hide is the ideal place to spot one of the many water birds that make Draycote Water their home. You can find out what rare species of birds have been found at Draycote.

 

Cycling

There is a flat five mile tarmac road all the way around the reservoir that is great for cyclists of all levels. A section of the path is incorporated into the Sustrans Cycle Route 41.

 

Fishing

There is a trout fishery on site operated by Fishery Management UK. For further details and to book your day tickets please call 01788 812018.

 

Walking

There is a flat five mile tarmac road all the way around the reservoir which is ideal for a leisurely stroll. The Hensbrough hill top provides spectacular views and is a great place for a picnic, whilst the 25 acre country park provides enough room for young and old to play games and enjoy the outdoors.
